Photos
Photos
You will receive a ticket with a unique code after taking the photo. You can use this code to log in to lookout.gophoto.pro at any time. If you haven’t received your photo or have any other questions about it, please feel free to email lookout@gophoto.nl
For personal use, you are permitted to take photographs and film footage from the Skydeck at A'DAM LOOKOUT.
It is not permitted to take photographs or film footage for commercial purposes. Press and filming requests can be emailed to press@adamlookout.com.
Go to faq.gophoto.nl/lookout and fill in the online form to manually locate your photos and have a new code sent to you.
You can download this at: lookout.gophoto.pro
After your visit, you can view your photos and Instagram Reel at lookout.gophoto.pro. To do so, use the photo pass you received from us during your visit. You can download your photos and Reel for free, or opt for a high-quality version without branding for a fee.
Our staff take photos whilst you’re on the swings. These can be purchased from the kiosk on the Skydeck. Please note that photos are only taken whilst it is still light outside, as the photo quality is very poor in the dark.
You have received a card from our staff, your photo pass with the website address printed on it, and your personal photo code on the back.
We can try to locate your photos manually and send you a new code. Please go to faq.gophoto.nl/lookout to fill in the form, and GoPhoto will get in touch with you.

Processing your video takes longer than your photos. Please log in again two hours after your swing ride. Make sure you clear your web browser history or click on ‘Enter another photo code’ before logging in. Is the video still not there? If so, go to faq.gophoto.nl/lookout and fill in the form.
The option to save your video isn’t available on most smartphones because browsers block this. There are two options: 1. Find an app that supports offline viewing of web pages. 2. Download it on your desktop and connect your phone to your desktop.
Our payment provider, Adyen, carries out random liability checks. Please try a different card or contact us at lookout@gophoto.nl, stating your email address.
The email containing your confirmation and download links will arrive within 10 minutes. Please check your spam folder. If you can’t find it there, please contact us at lookout@gophoto.nl.

Tickets are available both online and at the box office. You can get a small discount when buying online.
We operate a 'cards only' policy. Payment can be made by Maestro (debit card), Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
In the email you received, you can amend your ticket up until the day of your booking by clicking on 'Amend your booking'.
At the swing, we operate on 20-minute time slots. You can arrive at any time within your slot and you’ll have a turn within that slot, so you won’t have to wait longer than 15 minutes. Please arrive at least half an hour early.
Are you a travel agent and think A’DAM LOOKOUT would be the perfect partner for a new tour? Are you planning a school trip and looking for an exciting – and educational – activity? Or would you like to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city with your colleagues? It’s all possible at A’DAM LOOKOUT. Groups are very welcome and can choose from a range of packages – from entry only to a full drinks and swing experience.

We’ll check your booking. If everything is in order, you’re of course welcome to visit LOOKOUT as usual.

You’ll receive a discount on presentation of a valid personal CJP card. Admission tickets cost €8.00 at the ticket office (for CJP cardholders only).

The Edge' Swing
In addition to the admission ticket (€16.50 online), a swing ticket costs €7.50. Tickets are non-refundable.
The swing takes about a minute.
There is always availability within the reserved time slot. As we only admit a certain number of guests per time slot, there are no long queues.
When you book a swing ticket, you automatically book the same time slot as your admission ticket.
DON'TS: Do not use the swing if you have heart problems, abnormal blood pressure, are pregnant, have recently had surgery, are afraid of heights, or are shorter than 120cm. No mobile phones, rucksacks, flip-flops, food or drink, or loose items.
DO'S: Follow instructions, use safety equipment, and keep your hands inside the swing.
The maximum combined weight for two seats is 200 kg.

Yes, the minimum length is 1.20 m.
We advise against swinging whilst pregnant. If you wish to go anyway, you do so at your own risk.
The swing complies with all legal and safety regulations. You are securely fastened in. Trained staff operate the swing.
VR Ride

In addition to the admission ticket (€16.50 online), a ticket costs €7.50, available online or at the ticket office on the 20th floor.
The Amsterdam VR Ride lasts about 2.5 minutes.
Put on a VR headset and find yourself on a realistic rollercoaster ride straight through Amsterdam. The computer-generated rollercoaster carriage moves along as you race virtually past Amsterdam’s highlights.
There is always availability within the reserved time slot. No long queues due to the limited number of guests per session.
Automatically set to the same time slot as your admission ticket.
Certainly. The A'DAM LOOKOUT + Swing + VR Rollercoaster Ride ticket includes both.

No, you are not allowed to bring your own food or drink.
When you book a table at Moon, you automatically gain access to the observation deck and the indoor experience. The experience lift and digital photo are not included with a restaurant booking. Please report to the desk on the right in the entrance hall.
The lunch menu is available every day from 12:00 to 16:00.

Yes, provided you have the receipt and exchange the item within 30 days. This is only possible at the A'DAM Brand Store.

No, unfortunately not. An exception is made for assistance dogs.
Absolutely! We cannot guarantee that staff will be available. Decorations and props are not permitted.
Yes, but other visitors must not be inconvenienced. Unusual clothing and games are not permitted in the indoor experience or on the Skydeck.
A'DAM LOOKOUT is easily accessible. Staff assistance is available. Access to the ground floor, first floor, 20th floor and Skydeck.
Visitors with disabilities pay the standard price. One carer may accompany them free of charge upon presentation of an EU Disability Card.
Yes, there is another lift without flashing lights, which is operated by staff. Please inform the ticket office.
No, you can only use the lift. The stairwell is for emergency use only.
A'DAM LOOKOUT is easily accessible by public transport. From Amsterdam Central Station, take the free F3 ferry on the IJ side towards Buiksloterweg. Then turn left and walk along the water; the entrance is opposite the EYE Film Museum on the waterfront.
There is a car park beneath the A'DAM Tower.
Lost property is kept for 3 months. Please contact us at info@adamlookout.com, providing a description of when and what you lost, along with your contact details.
On the 20th floor, there are lockers available for a fee, with space for a coat and a small bag.
